  For the most part I've had good experiences here. The staff is pretty young for the most part, but that's how it is at fast food places for the most part. I've been there a couple times when the manager was there (I'm assuming he was the manager) and he was yelling at an employee about something silly (I can't remember what it was now) which was a bit awkward for me as a customer, but generally I can get in and out in a few minutes if I'm not eating there, and while the music does tend to be on the louder side (to the point where you have to speak up a bit to be heard) , that's kind of Jimmy John's "thing" . The ingredients are always good quality and my order is always made correctly , and really, that's all that matters.
  
  Edit : visited on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm. No clue what's going on but I've been waiting over 10 minutes since ordering now and my sandwich isn't ready yet. It's just a regular cold menu sandwich. There's a bunch of student athletes in here and the staff isn't keeping up at all. :/ this was supposed to be a quick stop on my way to buy groceries and it's turning into an ordeal. pretty disappointing.
